NCHN launches its expanded program website

Our website now documents each NCHN program in detail — community clinics, medication delivery and patient sitter services, community health education, the APRN Fellowship, national preceptor certification, and the CARE-INF Excellence Training Center — along with clear pathways to volunteer, partner, or give. The goal is straightforward: anyone who needs care or wants to help should be able to find the next step in under a minute.

New guide: how NCHN differs from health sharing ministries

Families comparing options for affordable care often encounter health care sharing ministries, which reimburse members for eligible bills rather than providing care directly. We published a plain-language comparison explaining how NCHN's direct-service model works, what it does and does not cover, and which situations each approach fits.

  3. Get InvolvedFebruary 2026

    Community Ambassador openings are available

We are accepting ambassadors — trusted residents and lay leaders who share accurate health information and connect neighbors to care. Orientation and materials are provided, and most ambassadors give a few hours each month. Congregations and community organizations can also request to host a health education session at their own site.

  4. PartnershipOngoing

    Continuing partnership with CARE-INF, Inc.

NCHN's workforce and education programs are delivered in partnership with CARE-INF, Inc. through the Excellence Training Center. The partnership pairs NCHN's community access work with CARE-INF's training infrastructure so that healthcare careers and healthcare access grow in the same neighborhoods.
